Not so fast...

Okay, minor setback...due to some miscommunication, our placement is NOT confirmed yet, so we will continue waiting with patience!! God's timing is best, and as a brilliant person once said: "God is seldom early, but never late!"

Woohoo!!

Our placement to Nairobi is officially confirmed, and we can get started on getting things done. Praise the Lord!!! Now we need to get started on getting our work permits, like, yesterday...so we'll be busy with things like that.
Our assignment includes Trevor doing mechanic work at International Services (in the Wilson Airport), working on missionaries' vehicles, and also the both of us working with kids/teens in different places, possibly the slums in Nairobi, and orphanages, streets...etc. So pray for us!!!

Nairobi

Hey all,

Well, we may be heading to Nairobi, Kenya! We're still waiting for an official confirmation on our placement, but it's looking good. Our departure date has been pushed to early March, so we'll see what happens with that. Keep praying!!
Please also pray for Kenya...they are experiencing much violence and unrest right now because of the elections last week, and the Kenyan people really need our prayers for peace in their country.

We'll keep you updated as we know more...
